That is beautiful! Only in New York. I have felt that man's frustration (at the PO on 14th btw 1st & A!). I feel he has vindicated all of us.
Love it.... LOVE IT!!!! I live in DE, and have never, ever witnessed any type of "service" like it... People need to go back to school, go through training or something... I work in a restaurant, and if I was in the clerk's position, I woulda lost my job at the first cussword out of my mouth towards a guest.
